Macquarie International College (MIC) established in 2015 is a premier Higher Education and Skills Development Institution which runs under the aegis of Anjveda Vikas Sansthan (Regd.) Kurukshetra. The parent body (formally registered in 2024) has been working for the cause of education since 2012.

Macquarie College, Kurukshetra (MIC), one of the premier educational institutions of Haryana, had its humble beginnings in the year 2015 by a group of visionaries who were determined to transform and fulfil the educational needs of the area. Since then, there has been no looking back and with every passing year the college has been achieving a new milestone in the field of education. Our this journey of from 2015, through the horizon of non-technical education has culminated into a vast expansion of Higher Education covering a wide range of disciplines spread its wings over different disciplines and the college has made tremendous progress on all fronts, be it education, research, sports, extra-curricular or outreach activities. Starting from a handful of students, the college has grown up exponentially both in quality and quantity. In order to fill the gap between industrial needs and the educational delivery through traditional courses, several certificate, diploma and advance diploma courses are being run in the college in collaboration with various industries and skill imparting agencies.

MIC has been endeavouring constantly to achieve its goals by consistently imparting streaks of wisdom to the faculty and the students. We strive for excellence by ensuring a trinity of superlatives- the students, the faculty and the infrastructure: grow up in a congenial & conductive environment. The physical and learning infrastructure and facilities of the college are being continuously renovated, augmented and supplemented. There is a constructive integration of Indian Customs and Traditions with Modern Information Communication Technology tools in the pedagogical system of the college, thereby, enabling the students to learn the content from a multi-dimensional perspective in the era of digital education. Since its inception, the college has remained committed to creative archiving and dissemination of knowledge in various streams for the service to the humanity and society as a whole. Our system ensures that the quality of education is constantly monitored and the standards of Teaching-Learning are not only reviewed and maintained but also improved with each passing day. The college has a well-qualified, highly receptive and dynamic faculty having a strong zeal for learning, and to assimilate and disseminate the knowledge and information collected from various physical and e-resources by using the latest technology-based tools. The faculty is developed globally i.e. they are inspired to think globally and act locally. The college aspires to develop professionally sound students with courage, commitment and conviction who have respect for the profession imbibed with social, ethical values and traits.

Keeping in view the present era where the economy is knowledge driven and skill has become a currency, the college has established various national and international linkages and MoUs that have led to intra-country and cross-border institution-institution/industry interface which provide opportunity to the faculty and the students for interactions built multicultural perspectives and exposure to the latest trends in various domains, thereby, enriching teaching-learning processes and developing skills in tune with the globalized world in this age of Privatisation, Globalisation and Liberalisation.
