Duration: 1 Year

Eligibility: 10th/12th Pass or Equivalent

  • Prakriti (Body constitution)

2. Anatomy and Physiology (Sharir Rachana & Kriya)

  • Basics of human anatomy in Ayurveda
  • Ayurvedic concept of organs and systems
  • Functions of Dhatus, Doshas, and Agni

3. Ayurvedic Pharmacology (Dravyaguna Vigyan)

  • Classification of herbs
  • Properties and actions (Rasa, Guna, Virya, Vipaka, Prabhava)
  • Identification and usage of 50 common herbs

4. Introduction to Panchakarma

  • Concept and importance of Panchakarma
  • Snehana (oleation) and Swedana (sudation)
  • Purvakarma (pre-procedures)

5. Ayurveda Nutrition & Dietetics (Ahara Vigyan)

  • Concept of Satvik, Rajasik, Tamasik food

  • Preparation of churnas, kwaths, asavas, arishtas, tailas
  • Introduction to Rasashastra (optional basics)
  • Standard dosages and administration

3. Panchakarma Procedures (Advanced)

  • Vamana (emesis), Virechana (purgation), Basti (enema), Nasya (nasal therapy), Raktamokshana (bloodletting)
  • Contraindications, indications
  • Post-procedure care

4. Nadi Pariksha and Ayurvedic Diagnosis

  • Pulse reading technique
  • Diagnostic methods: Darshana (inspection), Sparshana (palpation), Prashna (interrogation)

5. Ayurvedic First Aid and Home Remedies
